Easy Steps To Make Chicken Shezuwan Rice...

Welcome to our food blog! Today, we're excited to share with you a delicious recipe for Chicken Schezwan Triple Rice. This dish is perfect for those who love a little bit of heat and a lot of flavor.

To start, you'll need to gather the following ingredients:

1 cup of basmati rice
1 cup of jasmine rice
1 cup of quinoa
2 cups of water
1 pound of boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of ginger, grated
1 onion, diced
2 tablespoons of Schezwan sauce
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of sugar
Salt and pepper, to taste
Green onions, chopped, for garnish
To begin, rinse the rice and quinoa in a fine mesh strainer and set them aside. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until it's browned on all sides. Remove the chicken from the pot and set it aside.

Next, add the garlic, ginger, and onion to the pot and cook until softened. Add the Schezwan sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and salt and pepper to the pot and stir to combine. Add the chicken back to the pot, along with the rice and quinoa. Stir to combine.

Add the water to the pot and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot with a lid, and simmer for 18-20 minutes, or until the rice and quinoa are cooked through. Stir occasionally to ensure that everything is cooking evenly.

When the rice is cooked through, remove the pot from the heat and let it sit for a few minutes to absorb any remaining liquid. Fluff the rice with a fork and stir in the green onions.

Serve the Chicken Schezwan Triple Rice in bowls and enjoy! This dish is sure to be a hit with anyone who loves a little bit of spice and a lot of flavor.
