Ingredients:

500 grams boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
Salt, to taste
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup tomato puree
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Add the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the tomato puree and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce starts to thicken.
